Weekly bookings are based on a Friday or Saturday arrivals (unless stated). Other dates/longer/shorter durations maybe available please contact me for details.
Availability will be confirmed within 24hrs of request received or please call me for a faster response.
A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required, the balance is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment in full if booking made within 4 weeks of arrival. However cancellations within 4 weeks of the commencement of the holiday date, the guest will be liable to pay the full balance of the holiday booking unless we have been successful in re-letting the holiday.
We also collect a £50 damage deposit, this is refunded after check out providing no damage is made to the property.
Arrival is from 3pm onwards and checkout is by 10am
Dogs Apartment 1 Sneaton Hall - maximum 2 well behaved dogs free of charge.
Apartment 4 Sneaton Hall - No dogs allowed
Porthole Cottage - 1 dog allowed (possibly 2 if small dogs) at a charge of £20 per dog per week.
Pirates Berth - maximum 2 dogs allowed free of charge.
Apartment 7 Sneaton Hall - 1 well behaved dog welcome.
Little Pie in the Sky - No dogs allowed
Bed Linen and towels are provided (apart from Apt 1 Sneaton Hall where we ask you to bring towels for the shower, other towels provided)
EV VEHICLES - At the moment we do not have any charging points at any of the properties. Please check for stations prior to booking as we don’t have the insurance to cover the facility - sorry for any inconvenience
We would only cancel your holiday if the accommodation was not available due to reasons beyond our control. We would always try and offer you alternative accommodation however if this is not possible or not suitable we would refund monies paid.
