**ACCESS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ**
PH Cottage is spread over three floors. The cottage is on Loggerheads Yard which is the alley adjacent to the Station Pub. Five steps down from street level as you enter the yard.
The front door is in four sections and there is a step up from the pavement and a step down then into the kitchen area.
Access to first floor is via a carpeted spiral staircase. There is a handrail. Up to the second floor there is another carpeted spiral staircase this leads you up to the main bedroom.
This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
As this property is in central Whitby there maybe some general noise that you would expect from being in the town centre.
